Wyte Patronage Scheme – Terms & Conditions
Introduction
1.1 The Wyte Customer Patronage Scheme is designed to reward our valued customers for their continued commitment. This program is based on the purchase made in month of March 2025 to define slab for rebate percentage and provides cashback or credit upon total payments made (even earlier months’ outstanding) within a period from 1st March 2025 to 02nd April 2025
1.2 By participating for the Scheme, customers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
2.1 The Scheme is open to all business clients who have registered themselves on the Wyte India website and have an active account @ website.
2.2 Customers must have a minimum monthly purchase as per the table of performance to qualify for the reward.
2.3 Customer must have no outstanding invoices beyond 31 March 2025
2.4 Customers with long outstanding dues, payment defaults, or disputed transactions will be disqualified from the Scheme.
Earning Rewards
3.1 Customers will earn a percentage of their total payments made in a month as cashback or credit, based on the following tier structure:

3.2 Only payments received by Wyte within the eligible period will be considered.
3.3 GST and other applicable taxes are excluded from the reward calculation.
3.4 Advance payments, Credit notes and debit notes will not be considered as eligible payments.
Reward Distribution
4.1 Cashback or credit will be processed within 15th April to 30th April of confirmation.
4.2 The reward will be provided as credit towards future purchases or direct cashback (as per Wyte’s discretion).
4.3 The credit must be utilized within 90 days from the date of issuance.
Scheme Restrictions
5.1 Full-container orders will not be included in the Scheme.
5.2 The reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
5.3 The Scheme applies only to direct purchases from Wyte.
5.4 Wyte reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme without prior notice.
- 5.5 If full 100% payment of outstanding due invoices till 31st March 2025 not done till 2nd April 2025 then cannot qualify for rebate thus no reward.
Fraud & Misuse
6.1 Any fraudulent activity, including manipulation of purchase records, will lead to immediate disqualification.
6.2 If a customer misuses the Scheme, Wyte reserves the right to revoke earned rewards and take necessary legal action.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1 The Scheme is governed by the laws of India.
7.2 Any disputes arising from this Scheme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [noida, Uttar Pradesh].
